Hi, when I enable internet sharing on my LAN, it will change it to 192.168.0.1, meanwhile it’s not acceptable since my LAN (ethernet card) which is connected to ADSL given a IP by ISP

How to solve it?

Dear Raggz,
I’ve verified the text in this page. In there instead of writing as phone number “*99#” I originally wrote “*99H”. Perhaps that was the problem.

This does not work for me. The internet cannot be shared and the wireless network icon in the system tray has an X on it.

I cant seem to get it to work. My phones GPRS connects and my pc says its connected but nothing happens. Any ideas?

I believe you can fix the security problem you’ve found modifying the “config.tcl” file:

ns_section ns/server/${server}/adp
ns_param map /*.adp ;# Extensions to parse as ADP’s
# ns_param map “/*.html” ;# Any extension can be mapped
ns_param enableexpire false ;# Set “Expires: now” on all ADP’s
ns_param enabledebug $debug ;# Allow Tclpro debugging with “?debug”

ns_section ns/server/${server}/adp/parsers
ns_param fancy “.adp”

try to add this:

ns_param fancy “.ADP”

I’m testing it on win32 and found a possible security hole on win32:
Because filesystem is case insensitive and aolserver configuration is case sensitive if we have an adp page on our server “page.adp” and we call it as “page.ADP” aolserver send back the adp page without processing it exposing everithing on it, because in the default configuration it proccess only any “*.adp” case sensitive.
Probably there is an option to make it case insensitive avoiding that security hole !

Any idea ?
